“Shopped around and came across this company online. Noticed the 5.0 rating and well decide to give them a call. The moment I spoke with Phil I felt this was the right place. Unfortunately there was no opening for same day. I told him I was going to continue shopping around. He told if he gets a cancellation he would call me. Had an another company come out for an estimate and OMG the price was ridiculously over priced. Phil called me back and told he can get someone out. Max D. was amazing! Very knowledgeable and honest. He explained everything to me and showed every detail/repair he had to make. He took pride and time to make sure to do the job right and properly to codes. The price was very reasonably affordable. Highly recommend them. The 5 stars are truly earn!!”

“Easy to schedule. Great process. They bring the water heater with them at the time of their inspection. If all things work out (water heater will fit, they have all the equipment they need, etc) they install the same day. Final Cost was less than the amount quoted at the time of scheduling the appointment. One man job. Job took less than three hours. Julian the technician was efficient, professional and friendly. He was easy to understand and walked us through all the features of the new heater, the installation process used and all safety features.”

“Water Heaters Only has served us in the past very well and today was no exception. I woke up to a wet garage as my large water heater was leaking. I called the service number on the water heater and I was told that a service technician would be there between 10 and 2. Around 11:20 I got a call from Loni and he was there in 10 min. In 2 hours he took care of the full replacement of our 75 gallon water heater that is a special unit as it also provides water to an Apollo Hydroheat unit.
Loni was very professional and shared a lot of good information. Highly recommended.”

“From the initial call in to get my water heater fixed to taking a hot shower again, Water Heaters Only was nothing but professional and pleasant. My call in to the representative on the line was such a smooth process as she was immensely knowledgable about all types of water heaters, their pricing, and the installation process. All I mentioned was “balcony” and the representative knew exactly which brand and cost estimate was needed for my replacement heater. The company also was stated to have many brands and types of water heaters in their warehouses, which translates to getting a brand new heater in just a single day from the call in. You wouldn’t think getting a water heater installed is a “pleasant” experience, but my technician, Steve B., really did make it so. He called me 30minutes prior to arrival and worked around a scheduling misunderstanding on my part with the best attitude. Water Heaters Only brings along your replacement heater even if you decide to not go with their replacement services after the quote is given so they’re prepared to do everything right then and there. Steve was able to do the installation quickly and efficiently all while courteously updating me on his progress and with any updates as the work was being done. As an aside, I appreciated his respect for my home as he made sure to wear shoe/boot covers inside and laid out a tarp across my carpeted house to ensure no water or other junk damaged my floors. All in all I would say Water Heaters Only has comparable if not even better pricing than other plumbing companies I checked out and their service is absolutely top notch.”

“I called the company because I thought I needed a new water heater. I had met with two companies before and gotten quotes before finding water heaters only. I met with Thomas a very personable young man who noticed the heater was showing an error message that indicated something just needed cleaning. I hadn’t noticed it before, and no other company said anything about it. So, we agreed that he would just clean it instead of replacing it and he did, and I was very happy. Needless to say, I will be calling him back when it finally does fail. Great job! I definitely appreciated his competence and honesty. I recommend you ask for Thomas.”

“Our water heater went out over a weekend and I called my two plumbers and also called Water Heaters Only given the urgency. Water Heaters Only responded first and even came out on a Sunday to help.
We needed a large 75 gallon water heater so we had to pick up the tank on Tues to have it repaired and we were kept in the loop via text and phone during the process.
Max did an excellent job on the installation and even improved elements missing or otherwise out of date from the prior install over a decade ago. He made sure I understood how to use the various shut-off valves, how to light the pilot and revise the temp, and left the place clean from any debris and cardboard when done.
Highly recommended and would hire again!”
